1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, please email support@biovertexa.net as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will immediately cancel it and issue a 100% refund.

2. Cancelling After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, please accept the delivery and follow our 30-Day Returns Policy for a full refund.
